Most importantly, is there a way to accelerate the process?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1 wp-block-paragraph\">In this educational presentation, hosted by the Herpes Cure Advocacy (HCA), we will explore the full journey of drug development \u2014 from early discovery and laboratory research to clinical trials and regulatory approval \u2014 with a specific focus on antiviral and antiherpetic therapies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1 wp-block-paragraph\">Attendees will gain insight into the unique scientific and biological challenges that herpes simplex virus presents, including drug resistance, viral latency, and limitations of existing treatments.
